Like buses, sites often seem to come along at once. It’s been a bumper week for us recently with four new sites going live in just a couple of days, keeping our technical team super-busy. We have a well-oiled go live process which we follow rigorously, but this being software it’s true that the process is never quite the same. Which is why it’s important to understand, as well as to follow process. Our techies are great at that and rarely get the recognition for all the hard work they do ‘under the hood’ on every single site.

A new focus on sectors outside their traditional market meant a shift in emphasis on their brand messages and look and feel.
