So… today’s the day. Google gave warning a few months back and today it’s hitting home – the day to set the web truly to mobile-mode.
I woke up to it being discussed on the BBC Today programme business news (yes, I’m up and about at 6:15) and hearing from the horse’s mouth about businesses how black-and-white online issues are was refreshing. I do wish everyone grasped that. Having to convince people that their site needs to be mobile-friendly can sometimes be a hard chore. It’s going to get easier though, and the wheat will be sifted from the chaff from today onwards. Good luck to those who buried their heads in the sand.
